How long will the oven cleaning take?
At Primo we offer a thorough deep cleaning service. To ensure our technicians have sufficient time to complete a meticulous job we allow a minimum of 2 hours for a standard oven and 3-4 hours for a Range or AGA.
Our appointments are based on one of two daily time slots our first slot is 08:00/09:00 and afternoon slot is 12:00/13:00.
These times are subject to traveling times and outside factors etc
What is included?
Our prices shown are for standard cleaning of the oven and its original equipment only, additional roasting trays etc are not included but can be cleaned for a small surcharge of £6 per item
In certain circumstances some ovens have doors with triple or quadruple glazing and require a more thorough strip down, this will be discussed with the customer on the day.

What We Mean by Certain Terms
• “Primo Oven Cleaning” / “we” / “us” – Jamie Rice (Sole Trader)
• “Service” – Any cleaning work carried out by us
• “Damage or faults” – Includes cosmetic marks, structural issues, and electrical faults

General Terms
• Quotes are valid for 31 days. After this time, prices may change.
• We always take great care, but we cannot accept liability for any damage, defects, or faults discovered or arising during or after cleaning.
• Where possible, we remove accessible parts for deep cleaning. However, if we believe removal could cause damage, we’ll clean parts in place instead.

Appliance-Specific Terms
Neff “Hide & Slide” Doors
Some Neff oven doors can reveal hidden faults only when removed.
By booking, you acknowledge:
• Door removal is at your own risk.
• Hidden issues may appear, such as:
• Broken hinge wires
• Broken locks
• Worn bearings
• Faulty hinge mechanisms
• If such issues are found, we might not be able to reinstall the door.
• In that case, you’ll need to contact a Neff-approved engineer at your expense.
• We cannot be held responsible for costs or inconvenience caused by these pre-existing issues.
Pre-Existing Damage
We always work carefully, but sometimes cleaning reveals existing damage such as:
• Cracked or damaged elements that may trip electrics
• Chips, scratches, or worn enamel/glass now visible once grease is removed
These issues are not caused by cleaning but are simply uncovered by it.

AGA / Rayburn / Everhot Units
These appliances can be challenging due to age and design. We will do our very best, but full removal of carbon and grease cannot always be guaranteed. Please note, these will need to be switched off the night before as we will not be able to clean whilst hot and full payment may be due.
